DIY Downsize: Week Two

I had a very busy week this week and unfortunately both my downsizing and my record of downsizing suffered. I did climb a lot of stairs though and I have begun to notice my clothes getting looser, especially around my waist, which is a good thing. A bit disappointing there is still no change in my weight, but the inches are continuing to come off and my body fat percentage to come down.

I'm going to a writer's retreat this week and it will be interesting to see how my downsizing gets on.

Well done on more inch loss- you are obviously doing something right. The weight will follow. Hope you have good week at the retreat

.... why most of the food shown are red in colour? Do you like the colour or it was just chance?

Miss Inkpot; I like you even though we never met in person. But those food seems so unappetizing to me. Did you knowingly do that to avoid over-eat?

You are right, Shadowthorne, the food does look disgusting. In fact, I hate to say what it really looks like (although I'm sure you have already thought of it). Yes, it is a cunning plan to keep portion sizes down - make the food look as horrible as possible. :)

Hey 3 inches is a biggie, what do you mean? Some people value the inches more than weight even. I'd say you are progressing well. Just stay positive. Love this whole vblogging thing.
